Caretaker/Grip Requirement
A mandatory Caretaker/Grip is required for all rentals at ₱2,000 per 16 hours, per personnel.

Rental Duration
One (1) rental day is equivalent to 16 hours (pickup to return). Overtime charges apply for equipment and personnel.

Transportation and Meals
The client shall provide transportation and meals for assigned crew. Fuel, toll, and transportation costs outside Metro Manila shall be shouldered by the client.

Liability
The client is fully liable for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period, except in cases of proven crew negligence.

Media Responsibility
All storage media will be deleted and reformatted upon return. The client is responsible for backing up all files.

Payment Terms
Late payments may incur penalties and service charges.

Quotation Validity
All quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance.
